Global Women Leaders
This Masterclass hosted by Angele Galea is a platform for women in leadership roles across diverse industries to showcase and share their stories, challenges, and key achievements in their respected fields. This facilitated discussion will speak on what it means to play a leadership role, as a woman, in our society.
Diving into the issues women leaders often face, as it pertains to gender bias and double standards, and how the idea of being a leader can play many roles within our communities and day to day lives.
Our goal, along with the women on this panel, is to generate new and accessible resources providing attainable frameworks for women, as well as the youth in Malta, that will enhance their confidence to be more engaged participants within their community and continue to help build a stronger, more valued, foundation for women in the workforce.
