About the seminar Tech companies and collective agreements – what are the opportunities and challenges?:
Sweden should be a world-leading tech nation. How can collective agreements contribute to development?
Leading voices have been raised that collective agreements should not be adapted to the reality of tech companies. At the same time, a large proportion of employees in the tech industry are covered by collective agreements. Several companies see the benefits of collective agreements and allow flexibility in being able to adapt the conditions based on their own sector, rather than via sluggish legislation or judicial review. At the seminar, entrepreneurs and representatives of trade unions, employers and the social partners discuss opportunities and challenges, as well as how collective agreements contribute to innovation and competitiveness in the tech world.
