Lead an ICT professionalism development programme through the promotion and implementation of European standards such as the e-Competence Framework, ICT ethics, ICT body of knowledge, and continuous professional development which is encased in the European Framework of ICT Professionalism with ICT employers and recruiters to strengthen ICT human resources management and practices through the promotion, training and adoption of these professional frameworks, promote the adoption of industry best practices and standards in education and industry stakeholders, instigate local maturity and recognition of the ICT profession, instigate accreditation processes for ICT qualifications and experiences to instil further professionalism.
