The mismatch between current job openings and young people in Europe can be attributed to a lack of knowledge from both sides of the needs and skills available. Most youths lack the soft skills to present themselves to employers and conversely employment agencies & youth workers do not always understand the potential the youths in front of them have. We aim to not only improve communication between youths and potential employers but also give the tools to gauge social skills and aptitudes better.
