What does this course consist of?
This Training Course is a progressive learning instrument supported by a robust assessment strategy for evaluating individuals’ performance. Hence,
1. The first 30 individuals that will satisfy the eligibility criteria shall undertake a psychometric Pre-Assessment to ensure they have the attitude and technical aptitude (knowledge, skills, and capabilities) to succeed on the course. Candidates will have one week to complete this 2-hour online multiple-choice question assessment. This Pre-Assessment will identify 15 candidates with the most potential raw ability and intrinsic motivation that will be selected to proceed to the next stage.
2. The 15 candidates selected to advance from the pre-assessment will follow the Foundational Course.
This course is an entry-level foundational course, where students will understand the essential fundamental topics. This course is on a part-time basis and shall take three weeks to complete, with live online training sessions of 2 to 3 hours long that shall be delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 17:00 and 20:00. During the Course’s duration, candidates shall undergo three online multiple-choice checkpoint assessments of 60 minutes each. Candidates with at least 70% attendance of the total training session hours will be selected to follow an invigilated summative assessment post-course. This will assess them on their technical and soft skills attained during the Foundational Course. Candidates will be given a date to undergo this online 2 hour assessment and shall be awarded a Certificate upon obtaining a 45% pass grade or higher.
