Course Content
This course is aimed at persons working or seeking to work in any industry. The course will enable participants to improve their digital competencies in three themes; in their workplace, personal development and well-being. By end of the course, participants will

1) Increase knowledge how digital technology may better equip employees in the industry. This will be done by increasing awareness of the products served, the stock management process, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and efficient back of house management.

2) Use digital technology to assist with personal development, increase team motivation and engagement, as well as fostering career progression.

3) Become aware of how digital technology may effect the well-being of themselves and colleagues. Participants will appreciate how effective use of digital technology may improve personal resilience and self-awareness
