The “Digital Transformation for SMEs” course introduces SME employees across various industries to the concept of Digital Transformation and the successful adoption of Emerging Technologies to innovate business processes, culture, and customer experiences. Aimed at increasing awareness and knowledge of Emerging Technologies in the workplace, the course covers key concepts including Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, Internet of Things, Blockchain, and Smart Contracts. Participants will engage in masterclass sessions with guest interventions from leading business technology experts, both local and international. By the end of the course, participants will understand digital transformation principles, gain practical knowledge on implementing Emerging Technologies to enhance business efficiency and competitiveness, and develop skills to analyse tech trends, lead tech-driven projects, and collaborate in the digital world.
