Training opportunities

Udemy is offering a free course to help parents, caretakers, and organisations, as well as people on the Autism spectrum or Dyslexic people. The course is organised by Infinite Minds Academy, a Digital Tech training academy focusing on training Special Needs people, in particular those with Autism and Dyslexia.

Digitalisation for all

This course is designed to support parents and caregivers in ensuring that the benefits of digitalisation also extend to Special Needs people (this includes those who are Autistic, Dyslexic, having Down Syndrome, Asperger’s, Cerebral Palsy and various others). This Digital Tech training course is part of a series of other trainings made specifically for Special Needs people.

The talents of Special Needs people are often hidden because they are rarely given the opportunity to develop them due to their perceived limitations or inabilities – in schools, workplace, or within their wider community. The Covid-19 pandemic placed further barriers for Special Needs people wanting to enter the job market and find ways to earn a living sustainably. In response to this, the course aims to provide the skills and training needed for Special Needs people to be self-sustainable and independent.
