Malta Digital Skills and Jobs Platform (LISP)

The Ministry of Digital Administration is the competent authority for the digital transformation of the Greek economy. The Ministry supports the security of telecommunications and digital information. It also supports research and development in digital technologies and supports cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, high performance computing and cloud computing. The aim of this body is to bring together, for the first time, all critical IT and telecommunication structures related to the provision of e-services to citizens and the country’s wider digital transformation.

One of the main objectives of the MoDG is to plan and implement public policies to promote the digital competences of citizens without discrimination based on age, gender, society and education. All types of initiatives launched by the MoDG are aimed at citizens, entrepreneurs, employees, ICT specialists, etc. Its unified structure at operational level makes it possible to remedy the fragmentation of departments and systems, which affects the quality and cost of the services provided. The continuous and continuous cooperation between ministries and agencies as the purpose of this ministry is precisely interoperability at all levels.

The General Secretariat for Digital Governance and Simplification of Procedures is an essential part of the Ministry of Digital Governance and is responsible for the organisation and functioning of the Greek National Coalition at national, European and international level.
